Doctor Kalinian is a licensed Clinical Psychologist in the State of California, and she is engaged in private practice in the areas of Forensic and Neuropsychological Evaluation and Treatment of adults and the elderly who suffer from Traumatic Brain Injury, Post-Concussion Syndrome (PCS), Stroke (Brain Attack), Epilepsy, Seizure Disorder, anoxic injuries, Dementia (e.g., Alzheimer's Disease), and other neurological, medical, and psychiatric disorders.
Additionally, Dr. Kalinian is a member of the Medical Staff of Mission Hospital St. Joseph Health System and an adjunct faculty at Argoy University/Orange County campus.
Furthermore, Dr. Kalinian conducts workshops, presents locally and nationally, and publishes on topics related to Brain Disorders, Neuropsychology, and Forensic Evaluation.
Dr. Kalinian's Neuropsychological Evaluation or Testing provides a clear understanding of a person's cognitive, behavioral, and personality strengths and weaknesses, clarifies diagnosis, and offers specific treatment recommendations.
Doctor Kalinian's forensic activities include, among other areas of forensic practice, assessment of a claimant's neuropsychological status, concerning the presence or absence of cerebral dysfunction or damage in head trauma, seizure disorder, neurotoxic exposure (Carbon Monoxide, pesticides, solvents), electrical injuries and psychiatric or emotional disorders.
