Before pursuing a career in Neuropsychology, Dr. Kalinian worked as a CT/MRI scan technologist. It was during this time that she became interested in brain-behavior relationships. Surely, a person with an abnormal brain scan behaved differently than one with a normal one? How did these abnormalities affect a person’s quality of life? Doctor Kalinian obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Arizona, a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Forensic Psychology from New York, a Master of Science (M.S.) in Clinical Psychology and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Clinical Psychology with specialty certification in Neuropsychological Assessment from Palo Alto, CA.
Doctor Kalinian completed a predoctoral Internship in Neuropsychology at UC-Davis Medical Center and a postdoctoral fellowship/residency training in Neuropsychology at UC-San Francisco’s General Hospital.
Doctor Kalinian is a member of the Medical Staff at St Joseph Health System Mission Hospital, Adjunct Faculty at Argosy University, National Academy of Neuropsychology, and California Psychological Association.
Doctor Kalinian has received numerous honors and awards, including the Blue Ribbon award of Excellence in Scientific Presentation from American Psychological Association’s DIV 40- Clinical Neuropsychology. She is also a Lifetime Member of Psi Chi National Honor Society in Psychology.

COLLEEN DANIEL, PsyD
CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST, PEDIATRIC NEUROPSYCHOLOGIST, REHABILITATION PSYCHOLOGIST
Dr. Colleen Daniel is a licensed clinical psychology with specialization within the areas of neuropsychology and rehabilitation psychology, as well as in individual, couples, and family psychotherapy and counseling. Her clinical expertise and areas of interest include neuropsychological assessment of individuals affected by brain injuries, strokes, spinal chord injuries, cancer, and other acquired and congenital neurological disorders; return to work evaluations for individuals recovering from cognitive and neurological disorders; pre-surgical evaluations for bariatric and neuro-stimulator patients; individual, family, and couples’ psychotherapy to address recovery from and adjustment to medical conditions, as well as serious mental illness, marital discord, end of life issues, healthy aging, and trauma. Dr. Daniel completed her doctorate in clinical psychology at Pepperdine University followed by a post-doctoral fellowship in neuropsychology and rehabilitation psychology. She has served as full-time faculty and as the Director of Clinical Training at Argosy University, as well as contributing editor for peer-reviewed journals in the field of counseling and clinical psychology.
